Sponsors were recognized, the all-star teams were announced, and the skills competition winners took their bows in front of another fine crowd of proud parents and other friends and admirers of La Verne Little League.
After a brief respite, La Verne Little League will host the district playoffs for 12-year-olds, beginning June 26. It will also host the sectional playoffs for the 11-year-olds in mid July.
