Subject came in and filled up a duffle bag with $400 worth of items, 8 CDs and 2 complete seasons of Rome and The Sopranos. Reporting Person states that when he found he was being watched, he dumped the property in the luggage department. But left with a Targe duffle bag that had a pair of binoculars in it.

Reporting Person received a check for $985.18 and was advised to cash, and in return she would receive $1 million cash. Reporting Person didn’t cash check. Banker advised her to turn check into Police Department.

Extra Patrol Request

5600 block of Skyline Cr.

1:09 a.m.

Reporting Person requested extra patrol due to vandalizing of Christmas decorations on her front yard and also in the surrounding area. She chased away two males when they were “tackling my snowman.” When she did an area check, she found decorations in the street. Could only advise possible van or SUV also involved.

Staff found resident with a scarf around her neck not breathing. Negative on drugs and weapons.

Battery Report

6:49 a.m.

Reporting Person’s father was allegedly assaulted by a neighbor. Father is 84, and was walking and a neighbor’s dog was bothering him and Reporting Person’s father pushed the dog away. The neighbor came out and allegedly hit the Reporting Person’s father in the head.

Occurred last night at midnight. Vehicle was taken after reporting person picked up a female from unknown location and spent the day with her. Reporting Person pulled off the freeway to use the restroom and female took off with his vehicle.
