Reporting Person in lobby regarding threats she received today from her husband who is ill. Subject made threats several times to kill the Reporting Person. Reporting Person concerned due to the subject’s mental state.

Reporting Person states she just pulled up to her house that is in foreclosure and is vacant. Reporting Person states the neighbors are inside the house. Reporting Person states there was a verbal disturbance with them, regarding being in the house without permission.

Reporting Person required contact regarding ongoing neighbor problem. Neighbor has been accusing the Reporting Person of damaging a vehicle that was parked in a shared garage.

Reporting Person advises young white male with hooded jacket with bike next to him just sitting on the curb to front of his location for the past 2 hours.

Reporting Person advised he was pulling into the alleyway. He observed a male subject of unknown race and age and wearing all dark clothing, that was hanging around the garage area and went into one of the carport areas when he saw the Reporting Person.

Manager of Jersey Mike’s advised of a male subject, possible transient, sleeping in a sleeping bag to the rear of location. Reporting Person advised the subject has been camping out to the rear of location for the past couple of weeks and approaching employees.

Burglary to Vehicle

1200 block of Von’s

6:40 p.m.

Occurred between 5:15 p.m. and time of call at 6:40 p.m. Purse taken. Rear driver side window of white 2004 Ford Expedition smashed. Parked on the west side of back parking lot.

Reporting Person advised vehicle was broken into sometime last night. Mitsubishi truck. Unknown how entry was made. Possible Slim Jim used. Ipod taken.

Theft of boys blue specialized BMX bicycle. Occurred within the past week. Taken from front yard.

4800 block of Chamber Ave.

4:08 p.m.

Reporting Person advised he just got home and his location was burglarized. Entry was broken glass rear door. Occurred today between 8 a.m. and time of call. Reporting Person is inside his location at this time. Reporting Person advised things are moved but unknown what was taken at this time. Reporting Person thinks drinks were taken from the fridge. Jewelry is still there.

Orangewood/Via del Valle

2:36 p.m.

Reporting Person advised a big rig with 8 vehicles loaded on his trailer parked on Orangewood. Reporting Person advised he is selling the vehicles. Reporting Person advised this is the third time he has seen the subject and vehicle there doing the same thing. Reporting Person doesn’t believe the big rig should be on residential streets.

Informer advised of 2 male Asians and a female Asian, in 50s, going through trash/recyclables in the area.

4:45 p.m.

Occurred between 11 a.m. and time of call. Backpack with books and miscellaneous property taken from 1997 Honda Accord.

1600 block of Foothill: Von’s

5 p.m.

3 males, 1 female, 1 small child, possibly Indian or Arabic asking customers for money in the parking lot. Subjects have been banging on some customers’ vehicle windows. Subjects were asked to leave the area by manager but have refused. Subjects wandering in the parking lot between Von’s and 99 Cent Store.

Reporting Person lost a pug and an American bulldog in the area. If located contact Reporting Person at (909) 239-8110.

12:10 a.m.

Informer advised of approximately 10 subjects that are between buildings that are possibly getting ready to fight. Reporting Person advised there was a loud party in the area that appears to have gotten out of hand.

Continuing problem with loud neighbor slamming doors and windows. Reporting Person states her husband confronted the neighbor last night and a heated verbal exchange resulted.

3:47 p.m.

Target security advising male Hispanic, 45, green plaid shirt, jeans, is in the electronics department and has cut the tags off of a pair of Bose headphones. Subject is suspect in other thefts at Target stores. Unable to confirm a crime. Subject sent on his way.
