NHRA Fan Fest to Zoom into La Verne, Nov. 5

NHRA fans and Southern California residents will have the chance to participate in autograph sessions, interactive displays and view a special lineup of cacklefest cars as NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing descends on the city of La Verne for the Auto Club NHRA Finals Fan Fest, Saturday, Nov. 5.
 
The final stop of the 2011 NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series and NHRA’s year-long 60th anniversary celebration returns to Auto Club Raceway at Pomona Nov. 10-13. To help kick-off this season-ending celebration, a special Fan Fest will be held in Old Town La Verne, located on D Street and 3rd street just south of Bonita Ave. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes free admission.

Fans will have the opportunity to meet and get autographs from some of their favorite stars in the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, as well as participate in interactive displays and ticket giveaways. There will also be showcars and nostalgia drag racing vehicles on display, as well as plenty of food, music and fun for the whole family.
