Boys U10 LV/SD AYSO Spring Select Win Memorial Day Shoot-Out

The boys U-10 La Verne / San Dimas AYSO Spring Select soccer team won the La Verne Great Western Shoot Out annual soccer tournament over Memorial Day weekend at Las Flores park in La Verne. The victory was the first time in 18 years that a La Verne/ San Dimas (LV/SD) team won the tournament.

To take home the crown, the boys had to defeat Chino Hills, Indio, Upland, Phillips Ranch and Indio again in the championship, a match that went into overtime.

The coaches are: Andrew Weber, Casey Cox & Diego Ramirez. Players are: Aidan Phipps, Jesse Ramirez, Noah Woodall, Gabriel Hughes, Ryan McGlohon, Luke Melkesian, Luke Willet, Andrew Weber (son), Andrew Cox & Aidan Ferguson.
