Take a spin at the upcoming Spring Festival at Holy Name of Mary, April 29 - May 1.

The Holy Name of Mary Family Festival is approaching in three weeks.  The Festival dates are April 29, 30, and May 1. Last year’s festival drew large crowds, proving it was the place to be!

This year is expected to be bigger and better, offering more entertainment, unlimited ride wristbands for all three nights, and a new approach to the cake walk, offering larger prizes and gift cards, beyond just the cakes and goodies of the past. Carnival rides, delicious food, game booths, a Boutique of hand- made themed crafts, face painting, photo booth, Beer, Wine, Margaritas, and a stellar Entertainment lineup promise to keep everyone in the family busy and having fun! Festival hours on Friday are from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., on Saturday from noon to 10 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Food offerings include the traditional favorites of pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, Italian, Mexican, tri-tip sandwiches, and Filipino food.  The bakery booth and sweet shop will be back this year, along with a funnel cake shop. Margaritas, beer and wine will be offered for adults 21 and over. Wine tasting will be offered on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for $15.

In the Grand Raffle, cash prizes of $5,000, $3,000 and $1,000 will be awarded to the lucky winners. Tickets are $3 per ticket, $30 for a book of 10 tickets, or $50 for two books of 10. Early bird drawings for $100 each are being held April 10 and April 17. Tickets can be purchased through the school or parish office.  

There will be entertainment on the main stage for the entire Festival. Latin Misfits will start things off with Salsa music on Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday night will feature Suave the band from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m..  On Saturday, Kool Breeze will perform from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and the popular band, Horns & Halos, will take the stage from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Sunday afternoon, Nomad will start things off at 1:30 p.m. and Cold Duck will close out the Festival, performing from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Pre-sale ride wristbands for unlimited rides will be sold for $20 each day and can be purchased from the school office or after masses on Sunday. On the days of the Festival, the wristbands will be $30.
