La Verne/San Dimas Brownies Produce Super Harvest on Super Bowl Sunday

Those lemons didn't stand a chance against this enterprising crew of Brownies who donated their cache of crops to a local food pantry.

Brownies from Troop #3754 became Harvest Heroes on Super Bowl Sunday!  The Brownies, along with some helpers, harvested lemons from the trees of a local homeowner through the Community Harvest Program.  The lemons were then donated to a local food pantry and an assisted living facility.  This Program is administered through the Volunteer Center of San Gabriel Valley.
