Unknown subject just attempted to open front door. When Reporting Person looked out front window, a white SUV was heading northbound.

Subject was in the flood control area trying to get into Reporting Person’s backyard.

Reporting Person advised his girlfriend was battered by approx. 5 subjects while at dorms. Reporting Person also advised one of the other subjects threatened to shoot the Reporting Person. One of the subjects was seen with a gun. Reporting Person was somewhat uncooperative and refused to come to the Police Department.
