St. John’s Episcopal Church Expands Worship Services

Saint John’s Episcopal Church now offers a Sunday Evening Prayer Service at 6 p.m., a time for¬†quiet, thoughtful, candle-lit prayer service and communion, where worshippers can leave their worries¬†at the altar and go into the new week in peace.

The Service lasts 30 to 40 minutes.  Other services: Sunday 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.  Healing service Tuesday at 10 a.m.

St. John’s wishes to thank the community for its¬†donations of shoes for Haiti and the ongoing gifts of food for the Inland Valley Hope Partners food bank.

Upcoming: Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner on February 16; Ash Wednesday February 17; Lenten Soup and Study series begins February 24.  Quilters meet Thursday at 9 a.m.  Youth Group meets at 5 p.m. Sundays.
