St. John’s Episcopal Church Expands Worship Services

Saint John’s Episcopal Church now offers a Sunday Evening Prayer Service at 6 p.m., a time for quiet, thoughtful, candle-lit prayer service and communion, where worshippers can leave their worries at the altar and go into the new week in peace.

The Service lasts 30 to 40 minutes.  Other services: Sunday 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.  Healing service Tuesday at 10 a.m.

St. John’s wishes to thank the community for its donations of shoes for Haiti and the ongoing gifts of food for the Inland Valley Hope Partners food bank.

Upcoming: Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner on February 16; Ash Wednesday February 17; Lenten Soup and Study series begins February 24.  Quilters meet Thursday at 9 a.m.  Youth Group meets at 5 p.m. Sundays.
