Reporting Person advised car was taken from her garage. Last seen last night about 8 p.m. Garage was not open and no damage to it.

Reporting Person advised two black females forced an elderly female to withdraw money from an ATM at location. Subjects left in a green Dodge Stratus. They were overhead saying they were enroute to Bank of America in the area past Towne near Circle/Fruit.

Suspicious Circumstances

3300 Block of Damien Ave.

3:39 a.m.

Reporting Person heard somone rattling doorknob to his bedroom and heard footsteps outside his room. Location is a back house. No vehicles seen or heard since Reporting Person called. Roommate should be home but his bedroom door is closed, which means he is asleep. Reporting Person states he doesn’t believe he brought anyone home. Reporting Person has neighbor’s dog with him and is barking.

Reporting Person reported several juveniles are at location with skateboard and tore off the doors to location and are using them as ramps.

Male black in 30s and male hispanic in late 20s seen going into above location. House is vacant. Male black has large build. Approximately 270 pounds. Appears to be exchaning money in front of location.

Male hispanic walking into traffic northbound on White. Reporting Person states he is purposely trying to get hit by passing vehicles.

Reporting Person advised her husband just threw her against the wall and attempted to strangle her.

Reporting Person advised unknown suspect stole her wedding ring from garage sale on August 1, 2009.

Total of 5 shots heard — 3 shots, then long pause, then 2 more. No voices heard and no vehicles seen. Reporting Person believes possibly green belt area behind location.

Party Disturbance

4700 Block of Bunnelle Ave.

9:04 p.m.

Reporting Person states there is a large party and lots of the subjects are in the street having a beer-drinking contest. Reporting Person even heard it was on the Internet.

Reporting Person returned home from vacation and an unknown suspect dumped a can of paint in Reporting Person’s spa. Occurred between the hours of 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
