Suspicious Subject

Reporting Person who lives in upstairs apartment in downtown La Verne on D St. reported he heard noises, looked outside and observed a male Hispanic wearing dark hoodie on the roof of the cleaners.

1:04 a.m.

Reporting Person advised he got into dispute with a subject at a bar in Pomona. Reporting Person advised subject came after him with a bat and is afraid subject might do something to his car or residence.

8:55 p.m.

Reporting Person requested welfare  check on children, ages ranging from 4-15, left at location alone.

Suspicious Subject

Anabi Shell Station on Foothill

10:40 a.m.

Reporting Person said subject came in and told employees because they wouldn’t give him a free cup of coffee he would kill them. White male with long brown hair and black shirt.

Tresspass

3200 D Street United Methodist Church

12:29 p.m.

Tresspass in progress. Female showed up in violation of court order. Subject inside the school had refused to leave, saying she was there to pick up kids who weren’t there.

Sheriff has 3 runaways from David & Margaret Home. Unit needed to transport them back to location.

6600 block of Wheeler Ave.

4:08 a.m.

Reporting Person advised white female, 18 years old, red hair in the middle of the street walking southbound, possibly under the influence of something. Said to be taking her top off and trying to get into vehicles to give her a ride.

8:45 a.m.

Reporting Person advised male Hispanic in 20s was watching people in the park. He had a silver van parked by the restrooms. Subject was last seen by the restrooms. Reporting person thinks the subject went into the women’s restroom but cannot confirm.

2:17 p.m.

3 male Hispanics in early 20s in a black Camero have a megaphone and are driving by schools yelling at girls, then videotaping their reactions.

3900 block of Bixby

8:57 p.m.

Reporting person said son hit father in the mouth.

12:38 p.m.

Reporting Person stated 5 male Hispanics in their 20s and 30s, possible gardeners, were trying to open neighbor’s garage. One was using a crowbar. Reporting Person doesn’t believe that they were the neighbor’s regular gardeners.

2900 Block of Peyton Rd.

2:31 p.m.

Reporting Person stated elderly husband who was just released from Casa Colina is “beating her with his cane.” Reporting Person advised she needed no medical aid.

Humane Problem

4200 Block of Bradford St.

8:07 p.m.

Reporting Person advised she was on a walk and passed a house where a German shepard was tied to a tree with a twine. Reporting Person advised the dog jumped at her, snatched at her and attempted to bite her. No puncture from bite but there is a scratch from dog’s teeth.

2200 block of 6th St.

7:03 a.m.

Neighbor reportedly approached Reporting Person and asked if he had “a death wish.” Reporting Person believes its due to a party he had last night. Elderly neighbor reportedly has become aggressive in the past.
