Pomona Valley Hospital Achieves ‘Milestones’ with April 29 Opening of Child Development Center

Come share the hope and excitement on Thursday, April 29, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as the Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation unit of the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center opens its new Milestones Center for Child Development located at the acclaimed Claremont Club in Claremont, Calif.

The grand opening of the outpatient clinic — dedicated exclusively to the rehabilitative needs of children — invites you to meet the center’s licensed CCS Paneled Pediatric Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, take a tour of the state-of-the-art facility, watch demos, enjoy refreshments, win prizes and have fun.

Services, offered in both individual and group sessions, cover a wide range of conditions, such as scoliosis, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and autism.

Children with rehabilitative needs in the areas of posture, coordination, balance, feeding sensory integration, motor skills, and speech will also will greatly benefit from using Milestones as an important resource in their ongoing growth and development.
