Boogie Nights Coming to La Verne: Concerts in the Park Schedule Announced

The City of La Verne and The La Verne Heritage Foundation have announced their 2009 Summer Concerts in the Park Schedule, their 19th year of bringing eclectic musical entertainment to La Verne residents.

 All concerts are held at Heritage Park, 5001 Via De Manison (off Wheeler Avenue) in La Verne at 6:30 p.m.

Hotel California, the Eagles tribute band, will arrive via a dark desert highway with a cool wind in their hair, just in time to entertain La Verne residents at the Concerts in the Park summer series.

Here’s the summer season’s talent line-up:

June 28: Sapadilla – Caribbean Reggae

July 12: Hotel California – Eagles Tribute Band

July 26: The Wonderelles – Classic 50s and 60s Revue

Aug. 9: Flattop Tom with Jump Swing

Aug. 23: Suave — Variety

Sept. 6: The Answer and Classic Rock
