LA VERNE/SAN DIMAS POP WARNER SETS EARLY-BIRD SIGN-UP SPECIAL FOR MARCH 31

Peyton Manning this week signed up to play for his new team, the Denver Broncos; now it’s time for you to sign up for yours!

At Round Table Pizza in La Verne on Saturday, March 31, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., the La Verne/San Dimas Pop Warner and Cheer Program will be hosting its first sign-up for the 2012 season.

By knocking down the doors early, both aspiring football players and cheer members will pay only $200, $25 off the normal $225 registration fee.

Along with your registration fee, please bring your certified birth certificate (hospital certificate will not be accepted), proof of residency in the form of a current utility bill dated after March 1, 2012 (required for both new and returning players and cheer), and a full years’ worth of report cards due in June.

A physical also must be completed between Jan. 1, 2012 and August 1, 2012. LVSD will offer physicals for $20 on June 9 at a location to be announced.
