To celebrate the opening of its new La Verne office in The Commons shopping center, Keller Williams Realty, the third largest real estate company in the United States, is hosting a grand opening celebration on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010, to which the entire community is invited.
The grand opening, which will include a ribbon-cutting, local city officials, the La Verne Chamber of Commerce, food and raffles, will run from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
“Opening here in La Verne is a dream come true for us,” said Keller Williams broker Ken Parsons, who also owns Keller Williams offices in Arcadia and Pasadena. “It really broadens our reach and connects us to the growing number of clients we’ve been serving in the eastern San Gabriel Valley.
“We were attracted to La Verne, in particular, because it’s a real family town. The residents and local business get behind one another to work toward the betterment of the community. We feel very welcome here and we absolutely love our location in the new Vons shopping center. It’s just a special place for us to be.”
Started in 1983 by Gary Keller and Joe Williams in Austin, Texas, Keller Williams quickly grew into one of the nation’s top real estate companies based on a culture of integrity and industry-leading training programs that set their agents apart in the field. Also, with its KW Cares, a program that provides emergency financial support to Keller Williams associates and other industry colleagues throughout North America in response to tragic circumstances, and its annual RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day to improve its local communities, Keller Williams continues to “give where it lives.”
“La Verne is an outstanding city that we wanted to be a part of, so it’s going to be a great partnership going forward,” Parsons added.
Keller Williams is located at 1502 Foothill Blvd. in Suite 104 on the west side of The Commons shopping Center. The phone number is (909) 267-7300.

Great news! It’s great to see how Keller Williams is continuing to grow in the current economy. It goes to show that it doesn’t matter the state of the market; the training and education along with being surrounded with great people who truly care about your success is what really matters. Keep up the great work KW La Verne!
