Reporting Person states male Hispanic 22 to 25 years old with striped shirt and baseball cap and black jeans last seen in girls’ clothing department exposing and touching himself.

Robbery in Progress

Employee stated male white heavyset took gun out of his pocket and demanded cash from the register. Subject on foot towards Target.

2400 block of Pattiglen

Reporting Person West Covina P.D. received a call from New York stating a 16-year-old male was being held at above location until $10,000 is paid to a coyote who took the juvenile and his uncle to above location from Guatamala. Uncle supposedly escaped from location on Tuesday and flew to New York and contacted relatives. That’s how WCPD received the call. WCPD recorded the call and Sprint is giving location via cell phone. Suspect possibly 11 meters from this location. Possible vehicles are at location.
