RESTRICTIONS

The Publisher reserves the right to edit, revise, reclassify, or reject advertising copy. LaVerneOnline.com will not knowingly publish any advertisement which is illegal, false, misleading, inaccurate or offensive to its readers. Classified advertisements are accepted in good faith and must specify a bona fide offer. The advertiser agrees that the Publisher shall not be liable for damages arising out of errors in advertisement, beyond the amount paid for the advertising space, whether such is due to negligence or otherwise, and there shall be no liability for non-insertion of any advertisement or for the financial loss of business for failure to publish an advertisement.

We will not print any ad before receiving payment.

CHECK YOUR AD

Advertisers should check their ads on the first day of publication. Although LaVerneOnline.com shall not be liable for typographical errors or errors in advertisements written and submitted by the advertiser, it will always try to correct any inaccurate phone numbers and addresses brought to its attention. However, once an ad has been posted, an advertiser cannot request a change in price for a listed item or service unless it was the publisher’s error. A new lower price, for example, to attract more buyers, would require a new ad.

AD DURATION

Once posted, an ad will be listed for one month; then be deleted within 5 days after the one-month advertising period expires. Garage Sale and Estate Sale listings will be removed within 5 days after listed dates of the sale event.
