SIGNED, SEALED AND DELIVERED: Victorious Vikings Claim Undefeated Season

All signs were go for the Lady Vikings from the first day of practice to the last basket in the final game of the season.

The amazing Ball brothers from Chino Hills High School, who led their team to a perfect season last year and a state title, might be soon looking over their shoulders if the 7^th grade girls from Ramona Middle School have any say in the matter.

With yesterday’s 45-10 victory over Lone Hill, they completed an undefeated season, a feat not seen at Ramona for nearly a decade.

Over the season, Ramona’s young ladies averaged 40.2 points a game while holding their opponents to 10.2 points a game.

Leading the lady Vikings were guards Analisa Eckler and Chloe Media and post player Bryanna Graham.

However, Coach Lou Parra, now in his 20^th season at Ramona, was quick to credit all 13 players on his team for their incredible season.

“This team was the deepest and most talented team that I have ever coached,” a jubilant Parra said. “These ladies worked hard all year and became friends off of the court.”

Maybe the Los Angeles Lakers’ new management team should be giving Parra a call.
