NAHREP NAMES MARTY RODRIGUEZ NO. 1 LATINO AGENT IN CALIFORNIA

Realtor Marty Rodriguez was named the No. 1 Realtor in California and No. 7 in the United States.

Marty Rodriguez of CENTURY 21 Marty Rodriguez in Glendora, Calif., has been named to the first-ever list of top Latino real estate agents in the United States.

The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) issued the list after an independent consultant working on NAHREP’s behalf analyzed MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data in the nation’s leading key markets with a concentration of Hispanics.

The list of top 250 Latino agents is based on total transactions closed in 2011. Annual transactions for the top producers ranged from 33 to 584 for the top agent. The Marty Rodriguez team closed 406 transactions in 2011, making her No. 7 nationwide in the United States and No. 1 in California.

“This recognition is really a testament to the quality of our team and the lifelong relationships we have with our clients,” Rodriguez said. “They know and trust that we’ll always go the extra mile to help them successfully buy, sell and invest in real estate.”

She added, “It’s been a great partnership these past 34 years.”

Rodriguez will be among the nation’s top 250 producers to be recognized at NAHREP’s Membership & Industry Leaders National Convention in Los Angeles at the JW Marriott LA Live in October.
